Upper Nidderdale Scout Group welcomes Beavers, Cubs, and Scouts for children aged 6 to 14 from across the Nidderdale area. Based in Pateley Bridge, we have our own purpose built scout hut located by the River Nidd, and surrounded by woodland with space for outdoor activities, and nearby BMX track.
We run regular activities, taking full advantage of our location the Nidderdale AONB. With such a wonderful landscape on our doorstep, we try to organise as many outdoor based activities as possible.
Fundraising
We have a number of fundraising events throughout the year, to help raise money for upkeep of the Scout Hut and so Upper Nidderdale Beavers, Cubs, and Scouts can all enjoy a variety of fun and adventurous activities. We encourage the local community to come along, get involved, and help support us. Planned events include our annual Duck Race in summer, and Bonfire Night display for November 5th.
Volunteer With Us
